This enterprise client in the vacation rental space offers slightly different benefits between their Hawaii and mainland employees, and in 2024 introduced several new benefits enhancements. This client needed an accessible, intuitive, streamlined resource to communicate their enhanced benefits offerings to a diverse employee population.

I collaborated with the graphic designer to produce the client’s Open Enrollment Microsite from conception, strategy, information architecture, navigation, content writing, user experience (UX), to create a contemporary, on-brand interface and timeless visual experience. I partnered with the client’s Employee Benefits leaders and internal teams to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information.

The Open Enrollment Microsite introduced the new, exceptional standard for our Open Enrollment Microsite offerings and all our new Open Enrollment microsite were based on this template.

I managed the custom Open Enrollment microsite, including document and asset management, making content updates, and reporting on analytics. I updated the site with annual Open Enrollment content and turned all the content over after Open enrollment, updating it with the new benefits information each plan year.
