Employee Benefits programs are one of the most critical attractors for recruiting and retaining top talent. But they’re also complex and can be confusing. A global, fintech client wanted a custom website to showcase their robust Employee Benefits offerings across their global, fintech enterprise.
I partnered with the graphic designer, development team, internal and client teams to produce the global, custom Employee Benefits website based on this fintech enterprise client’s brand standards. The website is comprised of over 150 pages with 5 different country sites and the specific benefits for each country, resulting in a high-traffic website that had 95,995 page views and 11,591 active users in its first year.
I drove end-to-end production, from conception, strategy, information architecture and navigation, content writing, user experience (UX), to ongoing management, and partnering with our graphic designer to create a fully-custom website based on the client’s brand standards. I also collaborated with the client’s US and Global Employee Benefits and internal teams to ensure accuracy, up-to-date information, and to create the annual Open Enrollment page.
I managed the client’s custom Employee Benefits website, including document and asset management, making content updates, creating new pages, and reporting on analytics. In addition, I created the annual Open Enrollment page and turned all the content over after Open enrollment, updating it with the new benefits information each plan year.
This website was the first global, custom Employee Benefits website the Alliant custom communications team added to our our portfolio and is now the golden standard that continues to bring more custom website clients.
