The client wanted a traditional, PDF format Leave of Absence (LOA) guide that could wrangle in their robust Leave benefits and high volume of policy information into a simplified, user-friendly, intuitive resource that reflected the company’s values and brand voice.

I led strategy, content writing, and project management, collaborating with the graphic designer to create a visually intuitive format that presents the benefits and policies in easy-to-understand language and visual displays while aligning with the visual branding.
