Digital Content Strategy + UX & Content Writer + Management

When I took on web management for this enterprise tech client’s Employee Benefits website, it was due for a major re-design and content refresh.

Following the lead of the exciting addition of parallax and animation under the guidance of the graphic designer, I partnered with the developer to incorporate collapsable content UI to compliment the fresh, fun, contemporary visual design with a simple-to-navigate, user-centered interface.

I managed the custom Employee Benefits website, including document and asset management, making content updates, creating new pages, and reporting on analytics. In addition, I created the annual Open Enrollment page and turned all the content over after Open enrollment, updating it with the new benefits information each plan year.
